Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy full-stack web applications
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to convert requirements into robust technical solutions
• Build responsive, user-friendly UI components and front-end features
• Develop secure, scalable, and high-performing server-side logic and services
• Integrate third-party APIs, services, and cloud solutions as needed
• Continuously optimize performance across the application stack
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior team members when required
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
• 3–8 years of experience in full-stack web application development
• Proven ability to work with both frontend and backend frameworks and deploy production-ready code
• Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and asynchronous programming
• Experience working with cloud-native applications and deploying to environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with API security, OAuth2.0, authentication mechanisms, and role-based access control
• Solid understanding of DevOps concepts, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Ability to break down complex problems into simple, scalable solutions
• Excellent analytical thinking, debugging skills, and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Contributions to open-source projects or side projects are a plus
• Certification in Full Stack/Web Development or Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP) is an added advantage
